ADEGBOYEGA ERINLE
Gboyega obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Lagos State University in 2005 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators [ISCA] and the Nigerian Bar Association.
Gboyega has acquired substantial experience in the fields of general commercial litigation, taxation and Insolvency and Bankruptcy advisory and is also able to advise on foreign investment, corporate due diligence, business formations and regulatory compliance. OZIEGBE EKHATO
Oziegbe attended the University of Benin, Benin City Nigeria and graduated with a degree in Law in 1997. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1999 and has been in active legal practice ever since.
Oziegbe presently works out of the Abuja office where he oversees the Corporate Services and Information Technology and Telecommunication Services Groups. He is duly accredited with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja and is greatly experienced in the establishment of corporate entities and the obtention of all necessary regulatory business approvals. He works closely with all the business regulatory agencies such as the Bureau of Public Enterprises [BPE], National Council on Privatisation [NCP], Security and Exchange Commission [SEC], ]Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation [NBC], Nigerian Investment Promotion Council [NIPC], and the Nigerian Communication Commission [NCC] and is therefore is in a vantage position to advice generally on all current commercial legislations and render support services to businesses.

ANTHONY IGUH
Tony attended Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Anambra State, Nigeria and obtained an LL.B [Hons.] degree in 1990. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. Tony presently heads the Real Estate and Construction Group and Group and has been involved in several high net worth commercial transactions involving the development of commercial buildings and public infrastructures in Lagos and Abuja.
Tony also counsel clients on diverse issues arising from assignments and leaseholds of commercial and residential properties.

TEMITOPE ODESOLA
Temitope graduated from the University of Lagos where he obtained his Law Degree in 2005 and was duly admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. Temitope currently works in the firm’ commercial practice group and has done extensive work in the areas of Oil and gas advisory and banking and finance. FRANCIS DADA
Francis obtained his Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B) with honours from the University of Lagos in 2007 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2008. Francis' area of work includes commercial litigation and ADR, banking and finance, transportation law and labour and employment. He has advised a number of local and foreign companies on diverse issues in these fields and also litigates at both trial and appellate courts in Nigeria. Cynthia graduated with honours [LL.B] from the Nnamdi Azikwe University in 2008 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. She is currently in the Intellectual Property Services group where she is involved in handling issues ranging from registration to protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Cynthia is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
