Court Orders Arrest of Two Air Bus Aircrafts

The Federal High Court, Lagos on the 16th day of December 2013 issued a warrant for the arrest of two Air Bus Aircrafts operated by Arik Air Limited on its London and Johannesburg routes.  The Order was issued at the instance of the Liquidator of a Dutch based Company Denim Air BV as pre-judgment security for a claim of approximately €2,000,000 being payment due under Aircrafts Wet Lease Agreement.

The proceedings resulting in the issuance of the Warrant of Arrest was conducted by George M. Oguntade SAN of GMO LEGAL.
